Size Options (Design Image Area)

Choose the size that fits your garment placement. Need a custom size? Just add a note at checkout.

  • Pocket/Left Chest: 3.5" wide

  • Toddler Front: 6" wide

  • Youth Front: 8" wide

  • Adult Standard Front: 11" wide

  • Adult XL / Oversized: 12"–13" wide

  • Full Back: 12"–14" wide

  • Hat/Small Accent: 2.5"–3" wide

Gang Sheet Options (22" width): 12", 24", 36", or 60" length. Add multiple designs to one sheet to save—upload/attach your layout or request a free basic layout.

How to Apply (Heat Press)

  1. Pre-press garment for 5–8 seconds to remove moisture & wrinkles.

  2. Position transfer ink-side down, film on top.

  3. Press: 300°F (149°C), 10–15 seconds, medium–firm pressure.

  4. Peel: Cool peel—let it cool to room temp, then peel the film slowly and flat.

  5. Finish press: Cover with parchment or Teflon and press 5–10 seconds to lock in.

Tips:

  • If edges lift during peel, re-press 3–5 seconds and let cool again.

  • Test press settings may vary slightly by press brand. Consistent pressure is key.

Care Instructions (For Best Longevity)

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash.

  • Wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle.

  • No bleach or fabric softeners.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • Do not iron directly on transfer (use a press cloth if needed).

File/Artwork Guidelines (for Custom/Gang Orders)

  • 300 DPI PNG (transparent background preferred) or high-res vector (SVG, PDF, AI).

  • Sized to print; add 0.25" margin when possible.

  • Colors are printed as provided—please check spelling and color accuracy before submitting.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing: Typically 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping: Protective packaging to prevent bends; upgrades available at checkout.
