Image and File Guidelines

To achieve the best printing results, please follow these instructions carefully:

Image Transparency:
Use images with a transparent background. Any non-transparent areas will print as part of the design and will not be edited, cropped, or altered.
Do not mirror your images.

Image Quality:
Upload high-resolution images with sharp details and vibrant colors for the best print results.

File Format:
Acceptable formats include JPEG, PNG, or TIFF. Ensure your file type is compatible with our uploader.

File Size and Compression:
Please compress large files to speed up the upload process.

Image Orientation:
Adjust and position your image correctly before uploading—files are printed exactly as received.

Color Profile and Printing Notes

Our printer operates using the CMYK color profile.
Since most designs are created in RGB, which uses darker contrasts, we recommend brightening darker images for optimal print clarity.

Color differences are most noticeable in Maroon, Navy, and Deep Pink tones.
When unsure, brighten your image or gang sheet before uploading.

Shipping Information

Files and gang sheets may be trimmed and shipped in rigid mailers sized approximately 11"×12", 13"×18", or 17"×21" to help reduce shipping costs.

If you request your order to be rolled and shipped (when it could have shipped flat), a surcharge of up to $4.00 may apply depending on price fluctuations.
We will notify you beforehand if this applies to your order.

Use of Images and Privacy

Unless otherwise specified, you authorize the use of your gang sheets and files (in image format) on social media platforms for advertising purposes.

If you are the original designer or hold exclusive commercial rights, please let us know.
We always respect your privacy—if you wish for your images not to be shared or used, please email us, and we will add your account to a restricted privacy setting.

Design Edits

We do not provide image editing or alterations.
If you require edits, a $5.00 design fee will be added to your invoice.
