Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom products and any shirts made to order

  • Personalized items

  • Personal care goods

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

Returns must be shipped at the purchaser’s expense. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a store credit or replacement will be issued. No refunds will be provided.

Important Note

Please note that we cannot guarantee or warrant results based on the pressing temperature or process used by the customer when applying our DTF transfers.
We provide detailed application instructions, but results may vary if these are not followed or if an iron is used instead of a heat press.
To achieve the best results, please carefully follow the provided instructions.
